At present there are five sections in this Board, Namely as:

Establishment Section

The administrative setup of Chittagong Education Board is composed of Chairman, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, two Asstt. Secretary and 22 Office Staff.

Controller of Examination Section

The Controller Section is headed by an Controller with two Deputy Controller, Three Asstt. Controller and 16 Office Staff under his / her disposal.

Accounts Section

The Accounts Section is Section is headed by an Deputy Director (Audit & Accounts) with one Accounts Officer, one Audit Officer, one Asstt. Accounts Officer and 13 Office Staff under his/her disposal.

College Section

The College Section is headed by an Inspector of Colleges with one Deputy Inspector, one Asstt. Inspector and 05 Office Staff under his / her disposal.

School Section

The School Section is headed by an Inspector of Schools with one Deputy Inspector, two Asstt. Inspector and 12 Office Staff under his/her disposal.
