In Chittagong Division there is another Education Board i.e. Comilla Board. The jurisdiction of Chittagong Board includes :

• Chittagong District
• Cox's Bazar District
• Rangamati Hill Tracts
• Khagrachari Hill Tracts
• Bandarban Hill Tracts

The total geographical area covered by the board is about 21531 square kilometers including 13295 square kilometer of Hill Tracts.
